$500 per ski, 120 minutes JET SKI FISHING (all equipment included)

Your hired jet ski gives you the chance of freedom, riding your ski as fast or slow as you like, stop for a swim/picnic if you wish, and to visit beaches such as- Oneroa Beach, Sandy Bay, Hekerua Bay, Enclosure Bay, Palm Beach, Onetangi Beach, Pie Melon Bay, Carey Bay, Cactus Bay, Garden Cove, Owhiti Bay, discovering those Waiheke Island beaches only accessible by boat.
If this is your first time on a jet ski, you will be given an induction period of training until you and we feel you are comfortable to drive the jet ski yourself. We can ride tandem with you if you prefer.
For your comfort it is recommended that you bring a windproof jacket.
Maximum of 2 persons for 1 x Jet Ski with a overall maximum weight of 200kg.
Under 18 year-olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Health and Safety
Thorough safety briefings on health and safety, maritime nz rules and regulations, and safe jet ski operations are performed before you board your ski.
As we are reliant on weather and sea conditions on any particularly day, your course will be adjusted accordingly for your safety and comfort.
All jet ski’s are fitted with flares, vhf radios, anchors, waterproof cell phone holders, and you are fitted with a life jacket.
For your safety we are fully Maritime New Zealand compliant and audited.

Terms and Conditions
Refund policy: No refunds within 24 hours of departure unless the Operator cancels the activity due to waterway, road or weather conditions. Otherwise, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the Agent according to the Operator’s cancellation policy. Refunds may only be obtained from the Booking Agent. Note that the RTBS transaction fee is not refundable.
Other Terms & Conditions: Both the Operator and any Agent (including their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person associated with the Guest in relation to the booked activity. All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded. The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:
(a) waterway, road or weather conditions;
(b) lack of numbers participating in the Activity;
(c) unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity;
(d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.
All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all time.
